What’s been happening:

I received my BC in Civil Engineering on August 2004. Upon graduation from Penn State University I began my engineering career in one of the top engineering institutions in the United States, Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB). I have been with PB since my freshmen year in university working as an intern and co-op student. As a Highway Engineer, I have been involved in various challenging highway design projects. Through my work, I have gained a solid understanding of the engineering task and gained a knowledgeable use of the various highway design software programs including Microstation and InRoads. In addition, I have been implementing the firm's quality assurance/quality control procedures and performing project quality assurance audits. In addition to my everyday engineering tasks, I have been involved in establishing and maintaining the Civil Highway Department web page and library to promote knowledge sharing among the staff. I have also been involved with volunteer work in my community as well as in my work place. This fall (2009), I will return to school, NJIT, to continue my education and work toward my master in civil engineering.
